What Are Your Strengths?

Most of us have difficulty answering this question. Often it’s easier for us to identify our weaknesses or to talk about what skills we are good at, “I’m a good teacher”, for example. Knowing what our core strengths and best qualities are is more difficult. Yet, knowing these things is one of the best ways to grow your resiliency. Once you have identified your character strengths, you can use them to help you through any of life’s inevitable challenges. There is a great tool called the VIA Survey of Character Strengths that has been well researched and used by countless individuals and groups to help build resiliency.
